Returns
Returns are accepted on unworn items in their original condition. What qualifies, what does not, and how a refund is issued are set out below.
Return window and shipping costs
Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This standard policy does not limit any mandatory rights or longer return periods required by applicable law.
Eligible items
- Unworn clothing, footwear and handbags with their tags and packaging intact.
- Beauty and fragrance only while sealed; opened items cannot be resold and are not returnable.
- Special orders may be non-returnable. This is stated on the product page before you buy.
How a refund is issued
Once the return is received and checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Original shipping and any duties already paid to a carrier are refundable only where the law or the carrier allows it.
