Eligible items
- Unworn clothing, footwear and handbags with their tags and packaging intact.
- Beauty and fragrance only while sealed; opened items cannot be resold and are not returnable.
- Special orders may be non-returnable. This is stated on the product page before you buy.
How a refund is issued
Once the return is received and checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Original shipping and any duties already paid to a carrier are refundable only where the law or the carrier allows it.
