Shipping prices are calculated at checkout for your destination. We do not display estimated rates before that, because an estimate that turns out wrong is worse than no estimate.

Destinations
The destination list is configured in the commerce backend and is not final yet. Countries you can actually order to will appear in the destination selector and at checkout once that configuration is approved.
Beauty and fragrance
Fragrance and some aerosols are classified as dangerous goods for air freight and cannot be sent to every destination. Affected product pages carry a shipping-restriction note.
Duties and import charges
Unless a destination is explicitly marked as duties-included at checkout, duties and import taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery and are not part of the amount you pay us.
Order processing
- Pieces held with us are prepared for dispatch first.
- Sourced pieces are bought after your order and inspected before dispatch.
- If anything delays your order, we write to you rather than letting it go quiet.
