Can I order right now?
Not yet. The catalogue on the site is placeholder data and checkout is switched off until the commerce backend is connected.
Why does a piece say it will be sourced?
Because it is not with us yet. We buy it from a US retailer after your order, which is honest about the extra day or two it adds.
Who pays customs duties?
For most destinations the carrier collects them from you on delivery. Where duties are included, checkout says so explicitly.
