How sourcing works
Not everything listed sits on our shelves. Each product page states one of four availability states so you know what you are buying before you pay.
Wording on this page is a working draft prepared for the owner's review. Commitments about timing, charges and eligibility must be confirmed before launch.
The four availability states
- In stock with JULIYAT — the piece is physically with us.
- Confirmed available from a source — we have seen it available at a retailer and will buy it after your order.
- Special order — requested individually; we confirm timing with you before proceeding.
- Unavailable — not orderable at the moment.
If a source cannot fulfil your order
We contact you within one business day of discovering the problem, offer an equivalent alternative where one genuinely exists, and cancel and refund in full if you prefer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Delivery dates
We do not guarantee a delivery date before a piece is sourced and the shipment is booked. Once it is, you receive tracking and a realistic window.
